
Remote Support Agreement
Pre payment: Because of the nature of remote support in contrast to on site service, all remote support must be prepaid unless otherwise stated. It is because of this that we strongly advise you calling us and making sure that a tech is available at the moment to assist you. (562) 436-4600
The remote support guarantee states that we will apply the money paid to us on the remote support towards your on site bill if remote support was not able to fix or perform the function that you requested remote support for. This on site service would be dispatched in a normal manner and schedule, normally the next available appointment time. The remote support tech that assisted you on the phone may request to be the tech that assists you on site and this may affect the time of dispatch.
Remote support refund policy: because many of the services we perform are knowledge based there generally are no refunds. This does not stop us from using our discretion and refunding money when we see fit. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time for any reason and reserve the right not to divulge those reasons. Needless to say that any money paid for work upon which this right was invoked would be refunded. Credit card payments are processed through PayPal and because of this we maintain no internal records of credit card information.
